I usually pick overweight and only eat food with low calories so I lose weight little by little but now that i'm watching a lot of content about PZ I keep noticing that a lot of people choose underweight over overweight.Weight primarily kept in check by making cooked food and avoiding everything else. They go away; it's actually a good thing to start very underweight or obese so that you get 10 extra perk points in the beginning of the game.
